Lastest Update

After many years of raising funds, the McBain PTO with the help of the McBain School Board is finally able to move ahead with the purchase & installation of some new playground equipment! Plans are to do a "community build" project on June 21st and 22nd. Please mark your calendar and try to join us, and pass the word - more details to follow soon.

Thanks to so many that have helped the PTO raise these funds

Please remind your children that all library books are due back to the library June 1. We still have quite a few kids with overdue books, please remind them that they need to return them ASAP.

Also we will be starting inventory on Monday, June 4th. The library will be closed to students unless they need to use the computers.

Fun to be Fit

Fun to be Fit day is June 1.
We didn't get a grant this year to pay for the food, t-shirts and medals. We had such a good time that we want to do it again. But that comes with a cost. We have ordered t-shirts for those that brought in their money. No more t-shirts will be ordered. So students can wear their t-shirts from last year.

We would like some people to bring in these items:

50 juice boxes (one for each person in your class, and one for any extras that show up.) If we get more, than that, that's great. We'd rather have more than less, and not run out.

4 dozen store bought cookies (the cookies last year were great, however being homade and soft, they broke and crumbled quite easily. The cooks suggested store bought for this year.)

1-2 volunteers to be up at the track for when our class finishes. Perferably ones that know the kids, and can help direct them to our area.

Thanks.

Thanks For Coming To Conferences

It was good to meet with some of the parents at conference.  We had some good discussions about your child, and I look forward to future successes for your child.
