4th Grade Update

We are switching up our Reading group.  We used to have our homeroom students.  Now we have looked at a half year of data and had determined we can better meet the needs of all students by switching things up.  You will get a letter home this week telling what reading group you child will be in.

I'm scheduling our box top pizza party for this Friday, January 25.  Students can bring in their own  personal drink.  This will be inplace of our school lunch.

Report cards come home on Friday, January 25.

Middle school girl's basketball.  Mr Devos is keeping stats on his ipad.  These stats can be uploaded to a website.  If you e-mail me I will share the link with you.

Dress up for school on game days.  7th grade be at the school and dressed in your uniforms and ready to go at 5:30pm.  8th grade be to the game by the start of the 7th grade game 6:00pm.  Sit as a team and watch the game.  Talk about what you would do in the game situations. No wandering around.

I wanted to thank you for an awesome Christmas Party.  It was definitely worth the wait.  It was a very good party with lots of healthy foods... with a nice touch of goodies.  Thank you for the gifts that were given.  We had a good time playing games and opening presents.
